Teachers in solving problems can be different from tutors,
this is natural. In general, tutors solve questions faster, save steps and save
time.
The way that can be said to be fast does not guarantee that
students will be more understanding and effective, when it is found that the
school teacher does not want other solutions. This means, school teachers want
their students to answer in the way that the teacher teaches.
There are even school teachers who are angry when students
use different solutions, even though the final result is the same. This makes
students confused and unable to. However, if the student has a high academic
level, the student will be able to integrate well.
Therefore, tutors must understand this. When students ask
questions or are unclear about the explanation from the school teacher,
students are offered whether they want to explain it in the teacher's way or
our way.
When students choose our way, then we explain it only, if
during exams with description questions, the tutor still asks students to do
the same solution as the teacher.
Sometimes school teachers in explaining material there are
errors both in concepts and in complex material, this makes tutors have to be
clever in managing the atmosphere.
Because if they differ in the final result, then of course
the students will be confused. If we believe that the school teacher is wrong,
then we convey it to students and give understanding as well as strong
evidence. Thus students are no longer confused.
Tell the child that even if the school teacher has an error
that can be fatal, students still should not blame the school teacher without
remembering the other's goodness. Because the wrong side is only a small part.
If the student blames the teacher, the school teacher will
automatically scold the student, and as a result the school teacher will
prohibit their students from tutoring with us.
