How to be A Good Tutor, You Must do it

A good tutor will always improve his professionalism in teaching. He did not hesitate to study with beginners or seniors. 

Exchanging experiences are needed to find solutions and a middle ground for the problems faced. It is also hoped that by exchanging experiences, tutors will further improve deficiencies, not static (road), but always dynamic along with developments.

This exchange has many forms and variations as I wrote. This paper can be very useful if it is developed with discussions. 

Another form of exchanging experiences is working on difficult questions with other tutors to equalize and know the difference in completion steps. This is interesting. 

The exchange also obtained formulas or tricks that make students like it more and it can be applied in our tutoring place.

Being expensive, of course, when exchanging experiences is running optimally. Because of the exchange, tutors will be increasingly motivated to develop tutoring innovation.
